Pak German Engineers (PGE) is a specialized engineering firm providing traffic management systems, road safety solutions, automation systems, and smart infrastructure technologies across Pakistan. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator & Digital Marketing Executive.

This role combines administrative coordination and digital marketing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both operational and online marketing tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Coordination

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain staff attendance, reporting, and office records.
  • Coordinate communication between management, technical team, and site staff.
  • Handle documentation, quotations, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain records of inventory, office supplies, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain follow-ups on assigned tasks.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create and schedule marketing posts related to company products and projects.
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns for company products and services.
  • Coordinate with management to develop promotional content including photos, short videos, and posts.
  • Assist in website content updates and digital marketing activities.
  • Monitor performance of posts and campaigns and provide basic reporting on reach and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management
  • Ability to prepare professional documents, emails, and reports
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in office administration or digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media marketing tools, or basic graphic design is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
