Office Coordinator – Entry Level

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start - based on experience

This position has the opportunity to transition into the Office Coordinator-I position for a successful candidate.

Job description:

Rynders, Inc is looking to fill an Office Coordinator position. The job requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and completing a variety of tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with aggregate materials, excavation services, and the trucking industry preferred but not required. The ideal person for this role is detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and experienced in customer service. The candidate must have skills in professionally written and spoken communications and will take pride and accountability in their work. Must have experience operating desktop computers, printers, multi-line phone, fax machine, postage machine, and general office equipment. The candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a cheerful customer-focused attitude and will work well within Rynders office structure while being open to helping others complete a variety of tasks.

Role Overview:

- Customer Service

- Primary Phone Receptionist

- Process Customer Orders/Requests

- Administrative support for Company projects

- Data Entry and Office Assistance

- File Management

Qualifications/Skills:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Familiarity with a variety of office equipment

- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Daily attendance and accountability

Education and Experience Requirement:

- (Required) High School Diploma or Equivalent

- (Preferred) 3 years Office Experience or Educational Equivalent
