Job Description:

A well-established Marketing / Brand Activation / Advertising Agency is looking for an Office Coordinator for its Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office coordination and daily operational support
  • Handling and coordinating 100+ female staff / promoters
  • Managing attendance, reports, and follow-ups
  • Coordination between management, field teams & office staff
  • Preparing and maintaining reports in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Record keeping, documentation & data management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation (14 years education required)
  • BBA will be preferred
  • Expert-level command on MS Excel & MS Word
  • Ability to manage and coordinate large female teams
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Well-groomed, confident & professional personality

Preferred Candidate:

Female professionals are encouraged to apply due to role-specific coordination requirements

Salary Package:

PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (Based on experience)
