Office Coordinator (Female Preferred)

Eco Fab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate between departments
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Support HR and management in administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or coordination
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Candidates on dependent visa preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Application Method:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month
