Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic office coordinator to join our team at our Kohinoor City office. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained, welcoming for guests, and efficient in its day-to-day administrative and outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of the office premises.
- Guest Management: Act as the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring they are managed professionally.
- Operational Errands: Handle outdoor official tasks, including bank visits and other office-related procurement or deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with daily tasks such as filing, basic documentation, and monitoring office supplies.
- Workflow Coordination: Ensure all office utilities and services are running smoothly without interruptions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Age: Maximum 26 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic office environment.
- Professional attitude and reliability.
Work Schedule & Location
- Timings: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM
- Days: Monday to Saturday
