Office Coordinator + Office Hero Wanted

Job Summary
Fremont Automation is a family-owned machine design + build company making high-tech innovations for food processing. Our crew is small, sharp, and serious about solving problems—and we’re on the hunt for an organized, QuickBooks-savvy Office Coordinator to keep us on track.

Your day-to-day:

· Tame the books (AP/AR, payroll, bank recs, month-end reporting)

· Handle invoicing, cash flow, and tax prep with ninja-level precision

· Answer phones, greet guests, and keep things running smoothly

· Support the CEO, Manager, and team with admin tasks

Must-haves:

· QuickBooks Desktop wizardry

· Spreadsheet skills (Excel + Google Sheets)

· Ability to use online tools with ease

· Small biz vibes: independent, adaptable, detail-obsessed

· Solid communication + a good sense of humor

· Go getter mindset with the ability to adapt and learn

Perks:

· Flexible hours (24–40/week)

· $20–$27/hr. starting wage

· Experience and ability shown will increase wages

· 3% IRA match (immediate vesting)
