OFFICE COORDINATOR / TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

* TECHNICAL COORDINATOR / OFFICE ASSISTANT, with good ATTITUDE, honest and positive working ethics.

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field is highly preferred.

* Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities.

* Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office and other data entry programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

* With Autocad experience is advantage.

* Can encode data with speed and accuracy.

* Ability to quickly process and organize information.

* Strong communication (oral and written) skills and coordination abilities to work with client, engineer and field technicians.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent multi-tasking and high attention to detail.

* Expert in file management (both digitally and manually).

* Adherence to company standards and meet set schedules and deadlines.

* Excellent in maintaining report logs of in-progress and/or completed work.

* Can prepare and maintain technical documentation, plans and work orders.

* Ability and willingness to work well under pressure and exceed client expectations.
