We are looking for a female Office Coordinator with experience in a Technical Service or Facility Management company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering client calls professionally
- Sending emails and coordinating with clients
- Updating clients and tenants through emails and calls
- Scheduling appointments with tenants and maintenance teams
- Preparing quotations and related documents
- Maintaining office records and daily coordination
- Supporting operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Technical Service or Facility Management industry is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software
- Knowledge of building permit processes
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Well-organized and professional attitude
Preferred:
- Experience handling tenants and maintenance coordination
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 based on experience
