Office Coordinator (Technical Service / Facility Management)

We are looking for a female Office Coordinator with experience in a Technical Service or Facility Management company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering client calls professionally
  • Sending emails and coordinating with clients
  • Updating clients and tenants through emails and calls
  • Scheduling appointments with tenants and maintenance teams
  • Preparing quotations and related documents
  • Maintaining office records and daily coordination
  • Supporting operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Technical Service or Facility Management industry is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software
  • Knowledge of building permit processes
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Well-organized and professional attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience handling tenants and maintenance coordination
  • Immediate joiners are preferred

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
