Overview
We are a provider of logistics technology and logistics management services, supporting companies that depend on efficient, reliable supply chain operations. Our Burnsville office is seeking an Office Coordinator / Business Analyst to help strengthen our internal administrative processes through a blend of analytical work and hands‑on office coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and staying involved in day‑to‑day operations.
Duties
- Office administration including billing, accounts receivable/payable, customer and vendor onboarding.
- Cross‑department support by providing backup assistance to customer service and logistics operations.
- Data analysis and reporting through data collection, import/export, report design, and report generation.
- Process improvement by identifying issues and collaborating with IT and logistics teams to resolve problems and enhance workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of office experience, including 1+ years in a lead or coordinator role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or product distribution.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including compound formulas, lookup tables, data import/export, and report creation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for working with accounting, operations, and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principals, including the use of accounting software sucha s Quickbooks, Sage, etc.
- Experience working in transportation, warehousing, etc, in an adminstrative roll.
- Experience is not with a large company. We want people involved in or exposed to the end-to-end processes.
- Some IT technical skills, such as ability to write basic queries using a Query Language (eg. SQL).
Education
We value college degrees, but we also recognize the importance of experience, industry certifications, and demonstrated proficiency.
Pay: $51,459.99 - $61,973.32 per year
