Office Coordinator/Dispatcher ( Electrical Company)

Overview

Assist Electric is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Coordinator / Dispatcher to support our daily operations.

This role is critical to the company, as you will be responsible for handling customer communication, scheduling jobs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently

Follow up with customers and manage appointments

Coordinate permits and job progress

Maintain and update CRM (GoHighLevel)

Assist with general office tasks and operations

Requirements:

Fluent in English (required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or office coordination preferred

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and reliability
