The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office & Customer Experience Coordinator to be a vital part of our growing team. This key role ensures our daily office operations run smoothly by handling critical customer interactions, driving sales and support outreach, and managing essential administrative tasks. What You'll Do

• Customer & Communication Hub: You'll be the contact point at Bryght and will manage customer & partner inquiries across email, phone, SMS, and 3rd party marketplaces.
• Sales & Outreach Driver: You'll actively engage in sales and support by staying in touch with our customer database via calls and email. You'll also play a role in business development by cultivating new relationships and nurturing current partnerships. You’ll assist with trade shows, ensuring everything is organized and on track.
• Office Support: From processing claims and incoming mail to overseeing office needs, you'll ensure our administrative backbone is strong.
• Data & System Pro:You will help maintain accurate data within our CRM and other software.

Who You Are

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly.
• Proficient with CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• A Licensed Aesthetician or skincare experience is a plus!
• You're a proactive self-starter, customer-centric, and passionate about the beauty industry.
