Noema Corporation is a last mile logistics company delivering packages out of 4 FedEx Terminals. Join our office team and become a vital part of our adminstrative operations! We are looking for an office assistant to assist the back office team during our peak period. This is a temporary assignment through January 15, 2027. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative, tracking, and data entry tasks to support the smooth operationsof the company.. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in data entry and office software.
General administrative tasks are a major part of the role and consist of scheduling interviews, assisting the management team with projects and tasks, and other office duties smoothly. You need to enjoy wearing many hats. It's a perfect match for someone who enjoys a balance of time with others and time working by yourself. You must be able to switch back-and-forth between assisting the team and solitary, clerical activities efficiently and without frustration.
The hours are Monday through Friday, . This is a part time position so hours can be flexible within the hours of Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Once your schedule is agreed upon you must be consistently present, on time, and avoid trying to leave early.
