ARE YOU THE PERSON WHO KEEPS THE WHOLE OPERATION RUNNING?

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Answering inbound calls and being the first, best impression every customer gets- Scheduling and dispatching service calls in ServiceTitan- Managing the customer relationship from booking through follow-up: confirmations, reminders, callbacks- Keeping the dispatch board clean, prioritized, and moving — especially during busy seasons- Supporting technicians in the field with parts lookups, job notes, and real-time scheduling changes- Invoicing, payment collection, and basic bookkeeping support- Maintaining accurate customer records and job histories

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Prior experience in a trades, home services, or field service company — you know the pace and you didn't run from it- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software — you'll be living in it every day- Strong on the phone — warm, professional, and able to handle a frustrated customer without losing your cool- Sharp attention to detail — the kind of person who notices when something's off before it becomes a problem- Self-starter who can manage a busy day without needing to be told what to do next- Team player who takes the support role seriously, because you understand how much it matters
