About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, handle a fast-paced workflow, and professionally coordinate customer appointments and technician schedules.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return calls/messages quickly
• Schedule technicians and manage the daily calendar
• Provide customer updates and follow-up on service requests
• Enter job details and notes accurately into the system
• Support office operations with basic administrative tasks
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to track job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office coordination
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable with computers, email, and office software
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Must work on-site at our Citrus Heights office
