Office Employee - Equine Department

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Employee for our Equine Department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing exceptional support to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for the equine industry. This is not a remote position.

Duties

  • Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Proofread documents for clarity and accuracy before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain daily workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the equine industry.
  • Proven office experience with a focus on clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
