Key Responsibilities:
- Handle per day follow-up calls with students/parents.
- Welcome & guide students during office visits.
- Provide basic education counselling about courses.
- Assist in admission process & documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for student enrollment support.
- Manage general admin work – data entry, emails, reports, filing, etc.
- Maintain a friendly & professional environment in the office.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/ Marathi Local language).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing).
- Freshers can also apply (training will be provided).
