We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement.
- Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
