We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
  • Manage executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement.
  • Support HR and accounting teams with basic administrative tasks when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in handling senior-level correspondence and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
