Job Title: Office Assistant / Office Support Staff (Female)

Job Description:

Keynes Constructions and Interiors L.L.C is seeking a reliable and presentable Office Assistant to support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Handle office errands including purchasing supplies and delivering documents

Monitor and manage pantry and office supply inventory

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality/customer service is preferred

polite, and customer-service oriented

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Positive attitude and willingness to support the team

Preferred:

Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or office support roles

Experience working in a multicultural environment
