YouNew Poly Clinic LLC is looking for a reliable, well-organized, and hardworking Office Girl to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office support and housekeeping duties within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic premises, offices, and common areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist with pantry management and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Support administrative staff with basic office tasks when required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Handle cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Girl, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa preferred).
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Own Visa (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare facility, or office environment.
  • Available to join immediately.
