YouNew Poly Clinic LLC is looking for a reliable, well-organized, and hardworking Office Girl to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office support and housekeeping duties within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic premises, offices, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist with pantry management and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Support administrative staff with basic office tasks when required.
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Girl, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa preferred).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Own Visa (Preferred).
- Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare facility, or office environment.
- Available to join immediately.
