Hiring Alert Office Girl / Office Assistant Job Vacancy

We are looking for a competent Office Girl/Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Serve Tea and Coffee to the Boss and office Visitors
  • Clean the office (pantry, restroom etc.) on a daily basis
  • Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the office premises.
Qualifications
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Be able to welcome guests
  • At least 30 years old and above
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder but not required
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working as an office girl/assistant or any related field especially in legal field
  • Must be currently living or staying in Dubai, UAE

Preferred Nationality (Female): Philippines

Salary Range: 2,000 AED - 2,500 AED
