Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proofread documents and ensure accuracy of information
- Provide clerical support such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- Act as a personal assistant to the property manager, handling administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a office or similar environment is preferred
- Familiarity with property/receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
