Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Help (Full-time) to support our daily administrative operations. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office functions, managing communication, and assisting with clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive communication
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
  • Prepare reports, help with estimating

Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical/administrative background preferred
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an advantage

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
