About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Office HR / Admin / Receptionist to manage front-office activities, handle basic HR and administrative tasks, and support day-to-day operations at our textile manufacturing office.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence

Maintain attendance records, employee files, and HR documentation

Support in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination

Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and courier dispatches

Assist management with reports, follow-ups, and daily office administration

Coordinate with accounts, production, and HR teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and local language

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)

Pleasant personality and professional attitude

Prior experience in HR, admin, or front-office roles preferred

Organized, punctual, and reliable

Salary: Based on experience and performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
