Office Incharge / Mananger - Uniforms, Gifts, Clothing for an established Brand.

We are seeking an experienced Office incharge for our well established brand & Online Store. The Candidate should have excellent track record of experience & Identify and pursue new opportunities

Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating between departments, acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the production department to ensure timely delivery of orders while meeting seasonal sales targets and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and exceptional customer service.
  • Order Management and Coordination:
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to order processing and delivery in a timely and professional manner.
  • Online orders management & conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Payment Collection and Compliance
  • Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the garments, uniform, gifts industry.

  • Good Computer knowledge,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Track Record of previous works
  • Good knowledge of Fabrics, Printing, embroidery techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Fashion or related) is preferred.

Salary :

  • Basic Salary + Other Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Garments Merchandiser : 5 years (Required)
