**Position: Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Organize and manage daily office documents and files
* Answer phone calls and accurately record and relay messages
* Assist with internal and external communication and coordination
* Handle document delivery and provide general administrative support
* Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors
**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
**Qualifications**
Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel) preferred
Current college students are preferred
Language requirement: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
