Job Title: Office IT & Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
We are a growing auto dealership seeking a reliable and tech-savvy individual to manage and maintain our office’s technical infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of our computers, printers, internet connectivity, and related software and hardware systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of IT and office technology issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, printers, routers, and internet connections.
- Set up new employee workstations, email accounts, and system access.
- Manage software updates, backups, and antivirus/security systems.
- Assist with dealership management software and coordinate technical support with vendors when needed.
- Oversee user accounts and access permissions (email, network drives, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize network performance and Wi-Fi reliability.
- Provide basic tech training and support to office staff on using business tools and systems.
- Maintain records of service requests, warranties, and equipment inventory.
- Support general office operations as needed, including hardware purchases and maintenance scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, office technology management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows PCs, printers, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with small office routers, switches, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
