Job Description: Office Manager
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies, maintaining records, supporting staff needs, and ensuring smooth workflow in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Keep accurate records and files
  • Support management and staff with administrative needs
  • Supervise and coordinate support staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
