Overview

A young dynamic organisation specialising in multi-million investments is seeking an outstanding Office Manager who possesses high energy and drive to ensure the office runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times, putting into place office procedures and systems, and coordinating suppliers and vendors from stationery, flowers and refreshments.
  • Providing PA support to the main Directors as required, including travel management, arranging meetings and assisting with projects.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude, be willing to tackle any task, and enjoy working as an integral part of this go-getting organisation.
  • Commitment and proven Office Management experience, preferably within Dubai.
  • Creative in approach and able to use initiative to help the organisation grow.
Salary

Salary banding 18-24,000 depending on age and experience.
