Receptionist Office Manager Dubai

With a brand new headquarters in Business Bay.

Our client, a leading international investment group with a strong presence in Dubai, is seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their office. Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (sign-in/out, visitor management).
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
