Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining office operations, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting our attorneys to optimize their efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Policies Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Activity Oversight: Supervise day-to-day office activities and operations, ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Employee Management: Manage and support office staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Human Resources Functions: Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Client Liaison: Handle client concerns ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, safety, and supplies management.
  • Client Satisfaction Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and address feedback.
  • Attorney Support: Work closely with attorneys to streamline their workload, assist with administrative tasks, and facilitate a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in human resources functions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
