EcoView Windows & Doors is a growing window and door company dedicated to quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and support both our customers and installation teams.

Position Overview

The Office Manager will oversee all administrative functions, coordinate scheduling for installs and service calls, manage customer communication, and ensure accurate job documentation. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at juggling multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries
  • Schedule installations, service appointments, and consultations
  • Create, organize, and maintain job files and work orders
  • Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
  • Communicate with installation crews, sales team, and customers
  • Track project progress and update CRM systems
  • Maintain office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction or trades industry preferred)
  • Experience in windows, doors, home improvement, or similar industry a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM (Sales Force Lead Perfection) software
  • Comfortable managing scheduling and coordinating with field crews
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
