Key Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of daily office operations and administrative support
· Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for team members
· Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing, and contract coordination
· Develop and refine office systems and procedures for maximum efficiency
· Serve as the communication hub between employees, leadership, and external partners
· Support company initiatives, project execution, and team accountability
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
· Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee timekeeping records
· Assist with employee benefit coordination
· Assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable processing
· Provide administrative support for board meetings including taking meeting minutes
· Use office and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, project-management platforms) to streamline workflows
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· At least 1 year of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or executive support
· Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); quick to learn new tools
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver
· Collaborative team player who takes initiative and follows through on commitments
Work Environment
· Professional office environment (climate-controlled, on-site)
· Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
· Frequent computer and office-equipment use
· Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
· Clear, professional communication required when interacting with clients and colleagues
