Key Responsibilities

- Handle basic HR and administrative functions such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding support.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential documents.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications across departments.
- Assist management with planning, budgeting, and office-related expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant local regulations.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
