Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills... be tech savvy and social media fluent... with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization and transporting employees

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar management for team members, including appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company events and meetings.
  • Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high performance.
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Assist with budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures to maintain financial health.
  • Implement human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee training & development programs.
  • Ensure proper filing systems are in place for easy access to documents and records.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • Experience in business and Residential Cleaning...office management is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation is necessary.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable for effective team management.
