Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Manager to join our team. We treat women and men by optimizing their hormones. We also focus on workout recovery. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within a fast-paced medical environment. This position requires an understanding of medical terminology, patient service, and the ability to work effectively in an outpatient setting. Experience in customer care and marketing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Perform Billing entries.
  • Perform intake procedures including obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and basic life support standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and treatment plans.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-up calls for patients.
  • Assist in the coordination of care for patients in the clinic setting.
  • Assist in marketing, client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Office Manager or in a similar role preferably within healthcare settings such as clinics or hospitals.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and basic life support certification.
  • Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to perform intake duties including taking vital signs and understanding medication administration protocols.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
