As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our division’s administrative operations. You'll oversee office activities, lead and support customer service staff, assist with HR tasks, maintain strong customer relationships, and partner closely with warehouse leadership to keep our facility running at peak efficiency. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and meaningful impact.
Operational & Administrative Leadership
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Develop, implement, and improve office systems and procedures
- Lead, supervise, and support Customer Service Representatives
- Maintain professional internal and external communication standards
Customer & Client Support
- Ensure billing accuracy and on-time processing
- Respond to customer billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships
- Ensure BOLs are completed, signed, and delivered
Human Resources & Staff Development
- Assist with onboarding, interviewing, and maintaining employee records
- Set associate goals and support annual review processes
- Help staff troubleshoot complex or policy-related operational issues
Operational Collaboration
- Partner with warehouse supervisors/managers to support in‑house customers
- Conduct inventory investigations with warehouse and CSR teams
- Direct staff in preparing reports, data entry, and customer shipping documentation
Other Responsibilities
- Respond to customer needs in a timely manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with WMS systems (Blue Yonder preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Primarily office-based, with occasional time on the warehouse floor
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Minor lifting and occasional climbing, crouching, or kneeling
- Moderate to high noise levels
