A well-established financial services firm is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to serve as the heartbeat of its Miami Beach office. The Office Manager will ensure the workplace runs smoothly, support the team, and build strong vendor partnerships in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for daily office operations, from coordinating repairs with building management to keeping our workspace welcoming and efficient.
  • Manage office equipment and appliances, scheduling maintenance and vendor services to ensure everything runs without a hitch.
  • Keep our office stocked and organized—pantry items, office supplies, and storage systems—so our team can focus on what they do best.
  • Support space planning and office moves, helping to reconfigure the office as the team grows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring top-notch service.
  • Assist with daily lunch distribution and other office activities that keep our team energized and engaged.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in office management or facilities coordination within a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
