Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements.
  • Prepare monthly sales tax reporting and other required returns to various states

Phone Support

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to callers as needed.

Sales Support

  • Manage vendor account creation for Govt accounts.
  • Research and acquire necessary documents for vendor applications.
  • Maintain records to ensure continued vendor compliance.

Facilities Management & Event Planning

  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working condition.
  • Organize and coordinate office events and meetings, including managing event logistics such as catering and materials.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
