Who We Are

ASP Northwest Arkansas is a locally owned pool service company that opens, cleans, and maintains pools across the NWA area. We're a small but growing team that takes pride in doing great work and treating our customers like neighbors because most of them are.

The Role

We're looking for an organized, friendly, and self-motivated Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hybrid position you'll have the flexibility to work from home and come into the office as needed. Hours are flexible and we're happy to work around the right person's schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing customer calls, texts, and emails with a warm, professional touch
  • Invoicing customers and keeping billing organized in QuickBooks
  • Handling basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Helping coordinate schedules and follow up with customers
  • General office organization and administrative support

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with QuickBooks (this is a must)
  • Strong communicator phone, text, and email
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Pool experience or knowledge is a big plus —even just owning one counts!

Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per week
