Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, supporting staff, and providing excellent service to families.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors
· Handle phone calls, emails, and enrollment inquiries
· Maintain student records and administrative files
· Oversee billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions
· Coordinate schedules, meetings, and staff communications
· Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements
· Assist with school events and parent engagement activities
· Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
Qualifications
· Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proficiency in Procare and Microsoft Office
· Experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
