Office Manager Wanted!

Busy B2B (Business-to-Business) lead generation firm, seeks an Office Manager for full-time position (possibly part-time for first month), with working hours Monday through Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm. The role will require a handful of in-person visits with the President/Owner (who lives in Burlington County New Jersey), but will be remote-from-home. Candidate must reside within 40 miles of Burlington County NJ.

The Office Manager reports to the President of the company and oversees a team of ~8 (remote) employees. Office manager is responsible for the recruitment of our business development representatives via Indeed, team scheduling, team tech assistance and accounts payable/receivable among other tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly pick up software programs to help other staff members with basic computer and software issues that come up
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Knowledge of CRMs/databases
  • Recruiting experience (with Indeed, interviewing techniques, etc.)
  • Natural rapport-builder that motivates a team to perform at their best

1+ year experience in similar role required.
HR knowledge and/or experience working in a sales environment is a plus!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts phone interviews and sales staff recruitment
  • Enforces work procedures, prepares work schedules for sales team
  • Conducts ongoing training for employees in our CRM
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Plots all employee weekly schedules
  • Monitors activity in phone system and CRM and create reports as needed
  • Excel list import/export with contact management database
  • Assists President where needed in general office duties
  • Evaluates procedures and makes recommendations to improve department efficiency
  • Evaluates performance and sometimes administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
