Pocono Mountain Regional EMS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily administrative operations, payroll coordination, accounts payable processes, and office workflow management.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support payroll, invoice processing, reimbursements, and office administration
  • Track approvals, documentation, and workflow deadlines
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and the public
  • Assist with deposits, purchasing support, and operational coordination
  • Provide reliable administrative support across multiple departments
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative, payroll, office support, or related experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience with spreadsheets, office software, and record management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
  • Payroll or accounts payable support
  • Nonprofit, healthcare, EMS, municipal, or public safety environments
  • Experience with accounting, payroll, or records management systems
