Office Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our team at Talent-360.me.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth functioning of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain organized filing systems and handle administrative tasks
  • Supervise office staff and provide support as needed
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in budgeting and accounting tasks related to office expenditures
  • Support management with various projects and tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is preferable
  • Experience in managing office budgets and supplies
  • Positive attitude and professionalism in handling office responsibilities
