Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth functioning of the office

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events

Maintain organized filing systems and handle administrative tasks

Supervise office staff and provide support as needed

Handle correspondence, emails, and communications professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Assist in budgeting and accounting tasks related to office expenditures

Support management with various projects and tasks as required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English and Arabic is preferable

Experience in managing office budgets and supplies

Positive attitude and professionalism in handling office responsibilities
