We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and empathetic Office Manager / Family Office Administrator to support the small office of a real estate development firm while also managing administrative and bill pay functions for a related family office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment requiring multi-tasking skills and enjoys wearing multiple hats across office operations, accounting support, and personal financial administration.

Working in office 9am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management (Real Estate Development Company):

Oversee day-to-day operations of a small office, ensuring efficiency and organization

Manage bills and receivables utilizing Quickbooks

Enter new leases and rent roll utilizing Excel

Provide general administrative support to the Owner including general technical/computer assistance, managing correspondence, calendar management and coordinating travel arrangements

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management

Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company records and documentation
Family Office / Bill Pay Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and bill pay for personal accounts

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping

Proficiency in Quickbooks

Experience with bill pay, accounts payable, or family office support

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
