Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Manager Assistant to support daily operations and work closely with our office manager in a fast-paced environment.

Pay will be determined by experience.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week

Benefits:

  • PTO accrual available after 90 days

Position Overview
This role involves assisting with administrative and operational tasks while working remotely alongside the office manager. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with both customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage calls from customers and drivers
  • Download and organize driver documents from Samsara
  • Place and track orders
  • Maintain and update customer data in ordering systems
  • Organize and maintain truck and driver folders
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new software easily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and enjoys interacting with team members and customers
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
