About Us: Demetree Global is a family office with a strong real estate background. We are dedicated to the central Florida market. We are seeking a highly organized and multifaceted individual to join our team as Office Manager, Family Services, and Human Resource Oversight. This role requires a unique blend of administrative, social service, and human resource expertise, coupled with a strong accounting background.
Job Summary: The Office Manager, Family Services, and Human Resource Oversight is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing comprehensive support to families we serve, and managing all human resource functions. This role also requires a strong accounting background to oversee financial record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for serving our community.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
* Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
* Implement and improve office policies and procedures.
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Director of Family Services:
* Develop and implement programs and services to support families in need.
* Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized service plans.
* Provide case management, counseling, and advocacy services.
* Coordinate referrals to external resources and community partners.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.
Human Resource Oversight:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
* Administer employee benefits and payroll.
* Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
* Facilitate employee training and development programs.
* Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Accounting Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports.
* Process payroll and ensure accurate tax reporting.
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist with the annual audit process.
* Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
* Generate and analyze financial reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social work, human resources, accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience in office management, family services, human resources, and accounting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of HR and payroll software.
* Experience with client database management systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Passion for serving families and the community.
* Strong understanding of relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or accounting (e.g. CPA).
* Experience working in a non-profit or social service organization.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $65,582.18 - $105,894.66 per year
