We are seeking a highly organized and relational Office Manager to support counselors and case managers serving clients in recovery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys supporting teams, and values meaningful community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative systems
• Support counselors and case managers with scheduling and documentation
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Track contract deliverables and reporting deadlines
• Build positive relationships with community partners
• Help ensure the office runs smoothly so clinical staff can focus on client care

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of office management experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High emotional intelligence and healthy professional boundaries
• Experience with QuickBooks, EPIC, and Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills and discretion
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations

Compensation (Washington State Pay Transparency)

In accordance with Washington State law, the pay range for this position is:

$28.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies.

Education:
