Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Manager with a strong background in accounting and customer service. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth office operations while managing essential financial processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.

Accounting & Financial Duties

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform detailed data entry
  • Prepare and distribute client financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain organized systems
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate with utility companies for utility services during vacancies

Customer Service

  • Serve as a point of contact for client or customer inquiries
  • Address billing questions and resolve discrepancies professionally
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
