Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Puyallup Roofing Company is hiring a full time Bookkeeper / Office Support Specialist for our growing roofing company in Pierce County.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail oriented, and experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise. Construction or roofing experience is a huge plus.

This is a permanent full time position with long term opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Customer invoicing and payment tracking
  • Job costing and expense tracking
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Assist with payroll support
  • Organize receipts, vendor invoices, and office records
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers professionally
  • Help keep office systems organized and running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced office
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Construction bookkeeping experience preferred

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Leap CRM
  • Roofing or contractor office experience
  • Knowledge of permits, supplements, or job costing
