As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple clients/entities
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with tax-related matters, filings, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Collaborate with leadership to address operational and financial challenges
• Contribute to improving processes, systems, and overall accounting efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong accounting foundation with hands-on bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (preferred)
• Ability to go beyond basic data entry and think critically
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing books for multiple clients or entities
• Familiarity with sales tax, compliance, and account clean-up projects
• Experience supporting operationally complex businesses
• CPA or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required
